Privacy policy

We use Umami, hosted on our infrastructure, to understand site traffic: pages viewed, referral sources, approximate country, device and actions such as a contact click or a successful form submission. This measurement sets no visitor cookies and is not used for advertising.

Statistics do not receive your form fields, attachments or URL parameters. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. Only authorised RR Logistics personnel can access the statistics. Technical logs required for security and service operation remain separate.

When you fill in the quote, contact or application form, we receive the information you enter: your contact details, the description of your shipment or profile, your message and, for an application, the CV you attach.

That information is recorded on this site's server, in a private area that no public address can reach, then sent by email to contact@rrlogistics.ma. The recording acts as a safety net: if the email delivery fails, your enquiry is not lost. An attached CV is kept the same way and is never published.

That information is used only to handle your request and reply to you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never passed to third parties other than those needed to carry out the transport you request.

For each submission we also record the IP address and browser used. This technical data serves only to limit automated submissions and filter out unwanted messages.

Commercial enquiries are kept for the duration of the relationship and of the legal retention obligations applicable to commercial and transport documents.

Applications are kept so that they can be reviewed during our recruitments; you may ask for their deletion at any time.

You may request access to the information concerning you, its correction or its deletion, within the limits of legal retention obligations.

This public site is hosted separately from our operating tools. It accesses none of our internal systems and holds no operational data: no shipment, no invoice, no customer file. The only data kept here are the enquiries sent through its forms, in a private area of the server.
