Every transport we run is followed from collection to delivery. Here is how we work and how to get an update on a load in progress.
How we follow your loads

One file per transport
From the order, a file brings together the shipment, the assigned vehicle, the locations and the dates.

Time-stamped stages
The progress of the journey is recorded stage by stage: departure, crossing, arrival.

Attached documents
Transport documents, including the proof of delivery, are attached to the file.

An informed contact
Your contact sees this information and answers you without having to investigate.
Ask for an update on a shipment
Give us your shipment reference, or the locations and loading date: we will tell you where the file stands.
- By phone, during office hours
- By WhatsApp, with the shipment reference
- By email, if you would like a written record
Customers with access to our partner space consult their files and documents there directly. That access is created by your usual contact.
